Ripasso Superiore 2013 - Veneto

Ripasso is another wine made with a different method than the Valpolicella wines, using the same grapes, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, but beefed up by a second fermentation adding the deposits used to make the Amarone, developing a higher quality wine with big texture, richer tannin and deeper colour. Similar taste of the Amarone, but a lower price.
