Sagrantino di Montefalco 2007 - Umbria

Sagrantino " Sangiovese wines are made from two red wine varieties commonly blended together in the Montefalco DOC in Umbria, central Italy. The blend, typically, balances Italy's most planted grape variety (Sangiovese) with one of the country's more obscure regional specialties (Sagrantino). The resulting wine is deeply colored and layered with red- and dark-berry flavours.
