Chianti 2013 - Tuscany

Produced using Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia, this wine is a lively, limpid ruby red with fragrances of small red fruits, especially cherry, well mixed with light aromas of wood. Tasty tannins, pleasant and versatile, it can age for 5 years.
The wine undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation and maceration, lasting between 10-14 days, after being drawn from the vats, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats and is aged for 3-4 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Best served with cured meats, red and white roast meats.
